Knowledge Bridge
At Work

While Knowledge Bridge primarily powers critical enterprise sales and engineering configuration behind the scenes, several public web-based configurators also run on kBridge.

The videos below offer a quick tour of these applications, highlighting just a fraction of Knowledge Bridge’s configuration capabilities.

The Parker ePump and eMotor Applications

Parker manufactures a comprehensive range of electric and hydraulic motors, as well as controllers, gearheads and gearboxes, operator panels, and more.

With hundreds of motors to choose from, it can be a confusing search when an indiustrial engineer needs equipment to meet very specific criteria.

The Parker SMART Electrification Assistant addresses this need with an intuitive, easy-to-use online App. Driven by kBridge, this gives engineers sorted search results along with extensive technical and performance specifications.

The StormTrap DesignLab Application

StormTrap provides modular, underground stormwater management solutions designed to help property owners, engineers, and municipalities manage runoff, meet regulatory standards, and optimize land use. StormTrap's concrete structures mitigate local flooding and remove harmful pollutants before runoff reaches surrounding waterways.

The FortressView Deck Framing Visualizer

Fortress Building Products is an innovator in the field of residential and commercial building products. Their 'Outdurable Living' products include Steel-framed Decks and Fences.

You can find the FortressView 2.0 visual configurator is available at the Fotress website, and makes it easy for homeowners and builders to design and specify Fortress outdoor products.

The iFabDirect Stair Configurator

iFab Direct is a subdivision of iFab Steel, an Australian company that specializes in custom steel architectural elements such as highly customized ‘showpiece’ staircases.

iFab Direct has taken custom staircases to a new level, using kBridge to provide an online configurator for building- and home-owners to design their own, unique, highly tailored masterpiece staircases that are rule-constrained in order to deliver configurability, affordability and ease of use.

The Lemke Turned Bolt Configurator

Turned Bolts are used to align and secure large components (reducers, rack segments, bearing housings, etc.) of movable bridges and other structures. Turned Bolts are custom made per the project and are not stocked by any manufacturer.

Typical lead times are 6 to 12 weeks from specification to delivery. But the kBridge-based Turned Bolt Configurator from Lemke enables rapid turnaround, as quickly as overnight delivery.
