kBridge Vault Designer is an extremely fast Web application that automates the design of custom precast concrete underground stormwater and other similar vaults.
As the user adjusts parameters, a 3D view of the vault is continuously updated. Also updated are overall vault and rebar counts, weights & layouts.

The application covers a wide range of sizes and options. User parameters include:

· Bottom-height

· Joint type & size

· Lifter design and placement

· Options for a top-section

· Single and double rebar mats.

· Overall size

· Openings and knockouts

· Terminators

· Top-height

The automated design includes rebar details, weights, design of lifters, etc.
We can specify a complex vault and get a full set of detailed drawings in 10 minutes.

Instant Drawings provide visuals and documentation for Approvals and Construction

The drawings show vault envelope (wall and section details and dimensions),
rebar layout and ties, and all input options, such as lifters, openings, terminators and the likes. All drawings include appropriate views with dimensions and notes, as well as a rebar table.
