Job Description:

• Provide technical analysis, consulting, training, solution architecture and mentoring services to help our customers successfully build and deploy design automation solutions;

• Utilize CAD API programming capability to integrate solutions with popular CAD systems, such as Inventor, Revit, AutoCAD;

• Use programming skills, including advanced Excel, Visual Basic, LISP, JavaScript, C#, and .net; advanced engineering concepts such as structural analysis, performance analysis, dynamics; and advanced geometry, such as vector math and matrix math;

• Design user interfaces and user experiences that elucidate key application properties clearly;

• Evaluate the customer’s business to devise a technical and business strategy that will provide high business value and return on investment; and

• Communicate customer requirements to the product development team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science systems, computer science, civil engineering, engineering information technology or a related field, plus 1.5 years of experience in the job offered or building design automation solutions using C# and CAD APIs, Excel, or other automation tools.

Travel: The position requires travel to client sites nationally and internationally approximately three times per year for less than one week

Hours: 40/week, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Location: Remotely so long as within two hours driving distance of an airport
